Classes and Camps

Our aim here at ESG is to offer a wide variety of classes to better enable children to participate and fulfil their potential in gymnastics. Our fizzifun classes starts from as soon as children begin to walk and from here children progress through our aged-based class system until they are 5 and a half. After this they move to our ability-based programme where we offer a range of disciplines including general gymnastics, tumble and trampoline. Children can start at any age, please contact us if you are not sure which class to book for your child

  • Recreational classes

    • Our preschool classes start from as soon as children can walk
    • Our school aged classes start from age 4 for gymnastics and trampolining
    • Tumble classes start from 5 and a half years

  • Squad classes

    • Our squad classes offer a higher level of training for talented and committed gymnasts who wish to pursue a more competitive pathway
  • Holiday camps
    •
    • Camps are available to children aged 4+
    • Camps are open to members and non-members. Members receive a £5 credit for each day booked
